Important Activation Instructions:

If your radio is only receiving the preview channel 1 or if you are activating for the first time or reactivating a radio:

1. You must have your radio turned ON in order to receive the activation signal.
2. If you will be turning on your radio at a later time, you will need to refresh the radio's activation signal by visiting refresh.xmradio.ca. This feature is also available through your MyXM account profile. In most cases, your radio will receive all channels within 15 minutes. However, in some instances it may take up to 60 minutes to restore.
